Keith Brantley

Chief Executive Officer

Keith first came to Marine Fasteners in 1987 to help open up the first Midwest branch in Elkhart, Indiana. Two years later, he returned to the Orlando area and began working in the purchasing department of the Sanford branch.

Keith eventually transitioned into sales, and supported the company’s robust growth throughout the 1990’s. In 2001, Keith took over the CSO position as he continued to work closely with his brother and company founder, Carl Brantley.
When The Wurth Group acquired Marine Fasteners in January 2008, Keith took over as CEO and since then has guided the company to new heights, doubling the size of the company in less than 10 years.

Keith enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids, and remains very active in his community while serving at his local church, Crosslife.

Dan Pearson

Chief Sales Officer

Dan began his career in 1991 as a part-time employee for United Parcel Service, and moved into a supervisory role after earning his undergraduate degree. In 1999 he left UPS and took a management trainee position with Rinker Materials (acquired by Cemex in 2007) in Orlando, Florida, where he eventually transitioned into a Sales Rep position. In 2002 he was promoted to Area Manager with full P&L and operational responsibility for $65 million multiple concrete and concrete block locations and two years later moved to a Regional Sales Manager with a $300 million territory. Dan then moved to East Texas in 2008 as the Regional VP of the East Texas business for Transit Mix Concrete & Materials.

In May 2011, he was given the opportunity to return to the Orlando area, and was offered a position in charge of sales at Marine Fasteners where he is working closely with the CEO/Managing Director to help grow the business.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Central Florida and an MBA from the Nova Southeastern University in Davie, FL. He and his wife Kendra have three children together and are very involved with their local church and a teen leadership organization called TeenPact.

Chris Van Doren

Chief Financial Officer

Chris came to Marine Fasteners in 2008, soon after it was acquired by The Würth Group, to take over purchasing and financial reporting. Prior to joining Marine Fasteners Chris held various finance, tax, and purchasing positions with companies in Kansas, Missouri, Iowa and Pennsylvania.

Chris grew up in Webster City, Iowa and graduated from Iowa State University with a BBA degree in Accounting in 1988. After obtaining an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Tax from Tulane University in 1992, Chris then passed the Certified Public Accounting exam while working for Arthur Andersen LLP in the tax department of the Kansas City office.

With his free time Chris enjoys spending time with his wife Stephanie and their five children. He loves fishing, golfing, skiing, traveling and whatever other crazy activities like sky-diving, hot-air-ballooning and zip-lining that his wife dreams up.

Brian Meskill

Quality Manager

Before working at Marine Fasteners, Brian spent 15 years working at Rinker Materials (acquired by Cemex in 2007). He held various positons including Sales, Operations, and Division Manager. As manager he oversaw 60 employees, four concrete plants, and one block plant that accounted for over 40 million dollars in sales, with complete P&L responsibility.

In 2013, Brian joined the Marine Fasteners team. He spent a year of training in sales before transitioning into Quality Manager Position. Brian graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Criminal Justice in 1991. He is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time with his wife and twin daughters.
